    How does it work?
    When your lines are busy or a call is unanswered, QueueBuster greets the caller, asks them to record their name and tells them to hang up. QueueBuster keeps the caller's position either by 'holding' on their behalf in your live queue, or by storing their data in its own 'virtual queue'. When you have someone free to take the call, it automatically rings your customer back with the agent on the line.
